Do you bring cleaning supplies?

Yes we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We use high-quality, non-toxic products that are safe for pets and children.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as we can get in. But for your first cleaning, we generally suggest being there at the beginning and at the end so you can check our work.

What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?

Let us know right away and we'll come back to fix it at no extra charge. We want to make sure you are taken care of.

What's your cancellation policy?

Please let us know at least 24 hours before. Late cancellations may have a fee since we've already set aside time for you.

The Color-Coded Cleaning System

Color-coded microfiber is a hygiene system, not a preference. At The Prime Cleaner, different colored cloths are designated for different areas of your home, ensuring that the cloth used on your toilet never touches your kitchen counter and the cloth used on your stovetop never wipes your mirror. This cross-contamination prevention is standard in professional cleaning and hospitality but rarely mentioned in residential cleaning marketing.

The system is simple: specific colors for bathrooms, specific colors for kitchens, specific colors for glass surfaces, and specific colors for general surfaces. Every team member follows this designation without exception. When a cloth is used in the bathroom, it stays in the bathroom. Period.

Without color coding, a cleaning cloth moves from room to room, carrying bacteria from bathrooms to kitchens, chemical residue from one surface to another, and creating cross-contamination that undermines the purpose of cleaning.
