Yes we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We use high-quality, non-toxic products that are safe for pets and children.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as we can get in. But for your first cleaning, we generally suggest being there at the beginning and at the end so you can check our work.

What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?

Let us know right away and we'll come back to fix it at no extra charge. We want to make sure you are taken care of.

What's your cancellation policy?

Please let us know at least 24 hours before. Late cancellations may have a fee since we've already set aside time for you.
