Can I trust your cleaners?

Yes. All our cleaners pass background checks at state and federal levels. We only work with the best.

Do you bring cleaning supplies?

Yes we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We use high-quality, non-toxic products that are safe for pets and children.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as we can get in. But for your first cleaning, we generally suggest being there at the beginning and at the end so you can check our work.

What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?

Let us know right away and we'll come back to fix it at no extra charge. We want to make sure you are taken care of.

What's your cancellation policy?

Please let us know at least 24 hours before. Late cancellations may have a fee since we've already set aside time for you.

Your balcony is an extension of your living space, especially in Miami where outdoor time is year-round. But balconies face direct exposure to everything Miami’s environment produces: salt air that films furniture and railings, rain that deposits mineral residue, organic debris from nearby vegetation, mildew that colonizes shaded corners, and dust from construction and traffic. At The Prime Cleaner, balcony cleaning is available as an add-on to your regular cleaning visit.

‍

Salt deposits on balcony furniture create a gritty film that makes outdoor seating uncomfortable and accelerates material degradation. Metal railings develop corrosion under salt accumulation. Glass balcony panels cloud over just like windows. Our vinegar-based treatment addresses salt and mineral deposits on all balcony surfaces.

‍

Mildew grows in shaded corners, under furniture, and on any surface that stays damp after rain. Miami’s humidity means balcony surfaces dry slowly, creating extended mildew-friendly conditions. Our baking soda treatment removes existing mildew without bleach fumes that would blow into your unit or your neighbor’s.

‍

The floor surface needs regular sweeping and mopping to remove accumulated debris, bird droppings, and the general grime that outdoor surfaces collect. A clean balcony floor makes the space inviting rather than an area you avoid.

‍

Regular balcony cleaning, monthly for active outdoor spaces, prevents the severe buildup that requires aggressive restoration and extends the life of your outdoor furniture and fixtures.
