Can I trust your cleaners?

Yes. All our cleaners pass background checks at state and federal levels. We only work with the best.

Do you bring cleaning supplies?

Yes we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We use high-quality, non-toxic products that are safe for pets and children.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as we can get in. But for your first cleaning, we generally suggest being there at the beginning and at the end so you can check our work.

What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?

Let us know right away and we'll come back to fix it at no extra charge. We want to make sure you are taken care of.

What's your cancellation policy?

Please let us know at least 24 hours before. Late cancellations may have a fee since we've already set aside time for you.

The morning after a party is not the time to start cleaning yourself. Stale drinks, food residue on every surface, sticky floors, overflowing trash, and the general chaos of a well-attended celebration all need professional attention before the situation gets worse. At The Prime Cleaner, post-party cleaning follows our standard pricing with no rush fees, and we can often accommodate same-day or next-day requests when availability allows.

‍

Post-party cleaning addresses what parties create. Kitchen surfaces covered in food prep residue, spills, and abandoned drinks. Bathroom surfaces that saw heavy use from multiple guests. Floors sticky with spilled drinks and ground-in food. Surfaces throughout the home with drink rings, crumbs, and the general film of a well-used space.

‍

The urgency is real. Food residue attracts pests, especially in Miami’s warm climate where ants and roaches respond to food sources within hours. Spilled drinks stain surfaces and flooring the longer they sit. Bathrooms used by many guests develop odor quickly in Miami’s humidity. Getting a team in the day after prevents problems from compounding.

‍

Our five-minute response time helps secure same-day or next-day availability. Contact us the morning after your event, and if we have a slot, we’ll be there within hours.

‍

For planned events, the smarter approach is booking the post-party cleaning before the party happens. Schedule the event cleanup for the following morning when you’re planning the event itself. This guarantees availability and means you can enjoy the party knowing the cleanup is already handled.

Our event cleaning experience includes the Maserati three-day event at 40 Palm Avenue and the Alec Monopoly Art Basel event at the Mansory Showroom. We handle post-event cleanup at every scale.
