Miami Beach stretches from South Beach’s Art Deco district to Bal Harbour’s luxury towers, and The Prime Cleaner serves every neighborhood along the way. Our direct Miami Beach project experience includes the Maserati event at 40 Palm Avenue, the Forte dei Marmi restaurant remodel at 150 Ocean Drive, Builder Life LLC’s ongoing construction at 426 W San Marino Drive with 20 plus cleanings, and residential clients throughout the island.

Miami Beach cleaning demands are defined by oceanfront exposure. Salt air is constant from the Atlantic side and Biscayne Bay side simultaneously. Sand tracks from the beach into every home regardless of how far from the shore you live. Humidity is higher than the mainland because water surrounds the island. Hard water affects every fixture and glass surface.

Our equipment and products are built for these challenges. HEPA filtration for sand and construction dust. Vinegar for salt deposits and hard water. Non-toxic products throughout. Background-checked teams experienced with the building access protocols across Miami Beach’s diverse property types, from Art Deco walk-ups to luxury oceanfront towers.

The vacation rental market on Miami Beach makes Airbnb and VRBO turnover cleaning a significant part of our business here. Hotel-style finishing touches that we include on every cleaning are particularly valuable for short-term rental hosts because they directly contribute to five-star guest reviews.

Biweekly minimum for Miami Beach. Weekly recommended for oceanfront properties.
