Do you bring cleaning supplies?

Yes we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We use high-quality, non-toxic products that are safe for pets and children.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as we can get in. But for your first cleaning, we generally suggest being there at the beginning and at the end so you can check our work.

What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?

Let us know right away and we'll come back to fix it at no extra charge. We want to make sure you are taken care of.

What's your cancellation policy?

Please let us know at least 24 hours before. Late cancellations may have a fee since we've already set aside time for you.

Weekly cleaning works best for families with children, households with shedding pets, frequent entertainers, and homes over 2,500 square feet. In Miami, weekly is also recommended during summer months when humidity accelerates mildew and construction dust intensifies. Weekly clients save 15 percent per visit.

Biweekly cleaning is our most popular frequency and works well for couples, singles, and households with one low-shedding pet. This is the sweet spot for most Miami homes: frequent enough to prevent serious buildup, affordable enough to maintain year-round. Biweekly clients save 10 percent.

Monthly cleaning is the minimum for maintaining any meaningful professional cleaning benefit. Below monthly, the gaps are long enough that each visit becomes a mini-deep-clean rather than maintenance. Monthly clients save 5 percent.

Deep cleaning should happen every six to twelve months in addition to your recurring service, or quarterly if you don’t have recurring service. Deep cleaning addresses baseboards, inside appliances, ceiling fans, and all surfaces that standard cleaning doesn’t reach. Starting at $420.
