Spring cleaning in Miami has different timing and different urgency than anywhere else. In northern cities, spring cleaning celebrates the end of winter by opening windows and freshening up after months indoors. In Miami, spring cleaning in April prepares your home for summer, when humidity above 80 percent accelerates mildew growth, construction dust from the building season intensifies, and the demands on your home’s cleanliness increase across every dimension.

‍

At The Prime Cleaner, our spring deep cleaning starts at $420 and addresses every surface before summer makes maintaining them harder.

‍

April is the sweet spot. March is still dry season. May begins the humidity climb. A thorough deep clean in April gives you the cleanest possible baseline before summer’s environmental assault begins. Baseboards cleared of winter’s dust accumulation. Ceiling fans cleaned before they run continuously. Grout treated before humidity feeds mildew colonization. Inside appliances degreased before heat makes the kitchen less pleasant to use.

‍

This is also the ideal time to upgrade your recurring frequency for summer. Many of our clients switch from biweekly to weekly during May through September, and establishing that schedule change in April ensures you’re covered when the transition matters.

‍

Spring cleaning slots fill quickly because many clients have the same idea. Book in March for April cleaning.
